Movement to music with Donna

COST £2.50 per class

Each session begins with a short 'warm-up' routine, and builds in tempo to exercise the whole body. All to great music. 

1. Improved fitness and stamina
2. Build positive self-image and nurtures a high level of 'feeling good'.
3. Know and be able to repeat some basic routines and steps
4. Increasing joint flexibility and muscle strength
