As part of our Fit + Well project we run a selection of activities to help people gain and maintain physical fitness. It is also very beneficial to people’s health to have strong social connections. Our line dancing session for beginners fit the bill perfectly. There’s space for a few more people to join in and for those who want to enjoy the music there is plenty of seating in our garden room and refreshments available in our Side Door Café.
