Some of the members of our DVB -Dementia Voices Brent - working with TFL – Transport for London - to create a greater awareness of dementia amongst TFL staff, particularly bus drivers.
The Mayor of London is committed to making London a Dementia Friendly capital city and this includes ensuring that the transport network is user friendly e.g. improving wayfinding and signage, accessible information, infrastructure and training for staff across the network. DVB is delighted to contribute to this vision.
