We had a successful Black History Month and are now heading into November celebrating Black, a 2005 Indian Hindi-language drama that revolves around Michelle McNally a deaf-blind girl, and her relationship with her teacher Debraj, who himself later develops Alzheimer's disease. Black is a poignant film for us here at Ashford Place as we think about people we support who have lived experience of memory loss and mental health difficulties.
