Keep walking

We and our regular walkers have superpowers! We walk twice weekly to Gladstone Park and back as part of our wellbeing activities as well as improving fitness. The group have also formed friendships and most join us for a healthy lunch afterwards in our community cafe.

If you or anyone you know would like to join us on the walk all you need to do is meet us at our front door at noon on Wednesdays and Fridays.
