For the first time in many years, we actually closed the centre for one day last week for the staff group to spend time together without the pressure of work. Phones and laptops were put aside as we spent the day training, chatting about our successes, what we want to do more of, how we can even be more supportive of our clients, planning the future, looking at some of our policies and generally continuing to be the excellent staff team that we are so lucky to have. We plan to do this quarterly from now on.
