Samara joined us as a Business Administration apprentice through First Rung and quickly became an integral part of our team. Many of you will know her as the friendly and welcoming face at our front desk, greeting clients attending their very first appointment, returning for regular groups, or meeting with our IAG workers.
As Samara reaches the end of her apprenticeship, she is now putting the finishing touches on her coursework and will soon transition to being fully college-based. Throughout her time with us, she has gained a wide range of skills — from communication and organisation to client care — and has grown enormously in confidence. It’s been wonderful to see her recognise her own abilities and the exciting possibilities ahead.
With her newly developed skill set, Samara is now considering her next big step — whether to pursue university or a degree apprenticeship. Whatever she chooses, we know she has a bright future ahead.
We will miss Samara’s positivity and energy but look forward to seeing her again when she returns in the summer.
