Residents living with dementia and their carers, over 60 in total enjoyed a morning out at the cinema courtesy of the Kiln this week where they watched Stormy Weather followed by tea and biscuits. We enjoy our partnership work with the Kiln theatre as it gives our dementia community opportunities to have a well-deserved break from their everyday health and social care issues as well as ensuring that the community as a whole are able to enjoy social amenities as well as everyone else in our borough. A big thanks again to the Kiln for their work with the dementia community and for putting on this show. We are very excited to note that Mama Mia is our next outing but more details on that soon.
