This week, members of the local community gathered at Ashford Place to engage in a meaningful conversation on ‘Looking after our health and wellbeing’ as part of the World Mental Health Day 2024 celebrations. The event, organized by Ashford Place in partnership with the CNWL Recovery & Wellbeing College, featured insightful discussions led by staff on the key influences of positive wellbeing.
The session was followed by an encouraging and animated conversation among attendees, focusing on how both individuals and the community can achieve a healthy lifestyle. The event highlighted the importance of collective efforts in promoting mental health and wellbeing.
Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL) offers a variety of educational courses and workshops designed to support mental health recovery and wellbeing.
