Global Irish Civic Forum at Croke Park

30.04.2026

Delighted to be at the 2026 Global Irish Civic Forum at Croke Park today with Irish Diaspora organisations from all over the world. A great opportunity to be together to celebrate our work and plan for the future.

Renee, CEO represented Ashford Place at the Global Irish Civic Forum in Croke Park, Dublin - a major Irish Government initiative bringing together diaspora organisations from across the world. Taking place from 30 April to 1 May, the Forum focuses on “Strengthening Communities & Deepening Ties – Pobail á Neartú & Naisc á nDoimhniú”, providing a powerful platform to share learning, build relationships and shape future collaboration between Irish communities and the Irish Government. Ashford Place is proud to be part of this global conversation and to play an active role in supporting the Irish community in north west London. We are grateful for the continuing annual funding support from the Irish Government, which enables us to deliver vital local services, reduce isolation and strengthen community connection. Participation in the Global Irish Civic Forum reinforces Ashford Place’s commitment to strong international partnerships and to ensuring the voices and experiences of our local Irish community are reflected on a global stage.
