Together with #greenhearts @irishinbritain we delivered a very informative and engaging health talk to the guests at our #dementia cafe this week. Many of the attendees and staff were reassured by their blood pressure check. This work is part of our Know Your Blood Pressure campaign #knowyournumbers. All visitors to our building are encouraged to hop on our health check machine in our reception area and to talk with members of staff working on our Keep Well project. Knowing your blood pressure is key to health management. Join us in helping people to actively engage in knowing their numbers and proactively managing their health.
