Keep Well with us – your health is your wealth

In all strands of our work we address people’s health and wellbeing. Improving peoples physical and mental health has proved as important as improving their finances. Of course, improved finances often mean improved access to social activities. Many of our activities are free or available for a contribution that suits the pocket of the individual.

We also offer a home cooked three course meal 5 days a week served in our bright and airy dining hall with a unique garden space. Most diners will also take part in a wellbeing activity such as seated exercise, yoga, dance, arts and crafts group, games, bingo and much more. 

Alongside social activities we work to help people live as well as possible  with their health conditions. We will help advocate for people to get the services they need, we run groups such; as healthy eating to help understand and improve the health of those living with diabetes, high blood pressure; dementia cafes to support people living with dementia, peer support groups for those living with a diagnosed mental illness; dramatherapy both group and one to one.
