What a great afternoon out this week for people living with dementia and carers at the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra (RPO) relaxed performance at the Drum in the Civic Centre. We were treated to an array of music from across the genres with some fun and laughter thrown in for good measure. The music included Swan Lake as well as the RPO anthem which had us all singing – we even had a chance to conduct the orchestra ourselves and join in with some percussion instruments. The group had a great time and we look forward to the next concert – thank you RPO!
