Our Memory Café group were treated to a string quartet concert at the beautiful Wigmore Hall on Friday. Some 15 guests attended and enjoyed pre show refreshments and an hour of incredible music with a very small audience. The hall itself is magnificent and allows you to drift away with the music. We were treated to some beautiful classical pieces and a more modern piece called STRUM as the name suggests this piece had the musicians plucking their instruments to create a unique sound, which left the group speechless and in awe of the young musicians talent .
