The new 50+ memory café launched on Friday at St Johns Church in Wembley. There was a great turnout from the local community who enjoyed a lovely lunch and some information about Type 2 Diabetes from the Brent Health Educators. Catherine the Café Lead and the whole team at St Johns were on hand to make everyone feel welcome before cutting the celebratory cake. This fabulous community cafe will take place every Friday 10.30am – 12.30pm at St Johns Church in Crawford Ave, HA0 2HX. We wish them every success!
