Despite the very challenging and often dreadful position our clients find themselves in many still take the time to show their appreciation of our staff. See the notice board below showing the thankyou cards and notes to one of our advisors in July alone. We have limited resources but are appreciative of our staff expertise, respect for the client and support delivered with a smile. A smile goes a long way as we all know, even if we have to say we can’t help someone with a particular issue.
