Singing In the Sun!

Our singing for wellbeing group continues to grow in numbers each week and last week we had our record number of fifteen singers singing at the top of their lungs in our wellbeing space! The music filled the air and it sounded very nice indeed!

All those who participate in our singing for wellbeing group continuously report feeling the benefits of the singing each week. It lifts spirits and enhances positive wellbeing. It offers everyone who joins a good sense of community.

Singing has long been known to hold benefits for both physical and mental health. Studies on singing and wellbeing have reported positive effects, including improvements to heart and lung function, immunity, and memory, as well as reduced levels of stress and anxiety.

If you wish to sing a song to lift your spirits and enhance your wellbeing, it takes place every Wednesday at 1.30pm for half an hour.
