This week Sally and Reena, our Dementia Peer Support Project Leads, and our dementia community have been planning a dementia friendly boat trip and lunch in central London. Gradually, we are meeting up socially and supporting each other face to face. Here’s hoping for pleasant weather and a good journey there and back on public transport.
