We were honored to have Bishop Dempsey and Brian Hanley from Irish Episcopal Council for Emigrants (IECE) visit last Friday. Visitors from home mean a lot to people who do not get to go home as often as they'd like. People hailing from Archonry Diosese were well represented and were delighted to chat about home. Our Fit + Well class showcased there fitness routine and managed to get our visitors to join in! We talked about the importance of culturally sensitive support being essential to the wellbeing of the diaspora and about health inequalities affecting the lives of so many.
