Wellbeing group

The Wellbeing Group is long running and very popular and our clients tell us is a “helpful” group. Some of the feedback given is ‘the wellbeing group is a great way to get me through the weekend’; ‘it helps to have a weekly check in and talk about the good and bad things happening in our lives.’ The main aim of the wellbeing group is to check in and talk about different things that we did or are feeling. Talking about how we feel can be extremely beneficial in the long term as it helps to de-stress but also to acknowledge and be aware of not only how we are feeling but also that everyone has good and bad days. The wellbeing group is a completely open group and so if anyone feels they want to pop in and share EVERYONE is welcome. If you feel like sharing is too much that is ok, we run other activities in the timeslot as well so come along if you feel this group might benefit you. Friday – 11:30-12:30.
