CADBrent - Community Action on Dementia - supported by Brent Council, is supporting Brent’s dementia community to celebrate successes over the last year and plan our priorities for the coming year by hosting a lunch at Chalkhill Community Centre. If you know someone who is living with dementia or their family carers who might like to attend please contact Debbie on the number in the leaflet to book a place. Hopefully we can find a space for everyone.
