Danny was understandably disappointed when the Milton Keynes marathon was cancelled due to the ongoing lockdown measures the country has to undertake to beat the coronavirus. However, undeterred and determined to run, on Sunday May 3rd, Danny charted a twenty six mile journey across Brent, alone!
Danny is a regular runner, but this, his third marathon, was faced solo. We set up a crowd-funder for Danny, in hopes to raise some funds for Ashford Place, and we’re very happy to say that only did Danny’s run meet the funding target, but actually exceeded it by 18%!
