Very few of us could have imagined what life was going to be like post March 2020 at the beginning of the lockdown. But we do know that the way we support our clients have changed and will change over the year. This week, for example, one of our clients is coming in to use our digital facilities – a laptop – to watch a funeral live stream service for his recently deceased brother in Ireland. He was unable to go home/abroad to be at the funeral in person so the next best thing is to watch it on a computer, and still have the opportunity to say goodbye. We know that digital exclusion is a reality for some people which is why we are here to help where we can.
