We have noticed an ever increasing number of callers to our front door over the last few weeks with queries on everything from housing, benefits, mental health, information, health, food, brown envelopes, census, voting, legal and much more. It maybe the gradual easing of lockdown that is enabling more and more residents to come seeking our help. Whilst not all our staff have yet returned to Ashford Place and are working from home, we have like many organisations developed a hybrid support system i.e. face to face and digital. It is good to see more and more of our clients are beginning to feel more confident about being supported digitally. However, we are in the business of supporting people face to face when we can and we are certainly looking forward to doing that again, safely as soon as possible.
