One of the people we support sent me the following txt last week.
"Thank you for the link today from the housing team at Ashford Place. Shade - housing advice worker - was so helpful, understanding and sympathetic, I just want to send a positive review of her ability to stay calm in what was both a fractious and worrying situation for me, that had been ongoing since last year and before that too. Shade is doing a great job. She just focused on my benefits problem and sorted it for me. All the stress I was carrying was because of the current issues facing me. A big shout out to Shade, and thanks, well done."
