The latest CTT Cricklewood Town Team project is coming along nicely and due to finish at the end of November in time hopefully for celebrations on the run up to Christmas. The Oaklands Road Liveable Street Scheme aims to improve the urban realm on Oaklands Road at the junction with Cricklewood Broadway, increase priority for pedestrians, reduce vehicle dominance and improve road safety and offer an exciting, safer and cleaner shopping experience, as well as boost local businesses.
The CTT, made up of local community leaders and councillors from Brent, Barnet and Camden is about creating high quality, calm and interactive community space in the heart of Cricklewood which encourages walking and cycling and improving air quality. Thanks to NCIL Brent for their support.
