Seated exercise classes


Our seated exercise classes on Wednesdays & Fridays weekly are popular and deliver great results in improved fitness and mobility.  But it’s more than exercise.  Friendships are made and there’s always a warm welcome for new members.  We also have a wonderful coffee shop where people continue the chat and laughter after the class and maybe grab a homemade scone!
