This week we were awarded the We Invest In People accreditation. It has been a difficult few years for everyone and despite this our staff and volunteers have continued to deliver over and above for our vulnerable residents. We will continue to support our staff to feel appreciated, to help them grow in their careers and to become the best the can be as they support people in Brent.
