After lunch, most days, we sit together and have a quick round of cards over a cuppa.
There are no prizes but it is a good opportunity to chat, get to know each other and grow trust. Card games are particularly popular amongst our Irish clients and there is lots of reminiscing over card games played at “home”. A lot of patience is required when a newcomer, non-card player, joins a group!
All of this helps our clients to engage in the services we offer and builds on the sense of community.
