Happy International Women's Day to all the fun, adventurous, formidable, kind hardworking, tenacious, forward-looking, brave, sociable women that have joined out Health and Wellbeing activities, approached us for help and become part of Ashford Place family.
55% of 671 new clients in last 12 months are female. 109 needed help to sustain their housing, 166 were living with dementia, many are living with a diagnosed mental illness, and many were socially isolated and lonely before joining us.
We are working in times of soaring demand, with limited resources and reducing funding opportunities. We are grateful tomorrow current funders.
