It is great to have some younger members of our community choose to support us during their summer break from university. Our regular guests enjoy meeting and chatting with young people and there has been plenty of laughter. Marcus, Louis and George are doing a great job as summer chefs with a twist - offering live music and poetry readings to our diners. Our community café and wellbeing spaces offer plenty of space to sit and chat and as it happens keep dry from the rain! Many of our service users choose to wait in the community spaces if they arrive early for their appointments or choose to dine after their appointment. Having a chat with others or sitting quietly reading the paper helps reduce the feelings of isolation and the worry many feel whilst dealing with matters our IAG workers are assisting them with.
