This week in Tuesday’s peer support group the ladies ruled the roost. Rapunzel said “let your power shine” and these fabulous lot made sure their power shone!
Strawberry smoothies and madeira cake in hand, the girls celebrated each other and told stories of their grandmothers, mothers, aunties, sisters and daughters. Supporting and celebrating each other is what we do best, but even better when the girls can natter without interruptions! But we do look forward to welcoming back the boys next week!
Dementia Peer Support runs every Tuesday, 11am - 1pm, at Ashford Place.
