Our wonderful young client Ikran has been participating in a Yoga teaching course for the past month. It was pretty intense but she mastered it like a pro and we are so proud to announce that she is now a Yoga instructor.
It’s been intense but loving the challenge…I’m learning discipline and being enlightened with ancient yoga, I’m loving it… I’m forever grateful.
How amazing is this? Not only has she learnt a number of skills for her wellbeing but she can help others too! We love to see our young people on the Boost Up Project flourishing & doing the most!
