Raunchy Rockers are meeting every week again. The group has moved to Wednesdays at 11a.m. in Chalkhill Community Centre – if you know someone who might benefit from a gentle exercise session, some dancing and a chat over a cuppa pop in to try out a session or contact us for more information. Raunchy Rockers is a wonderful enthusiastic group and we look forward to having them over for a visit to Ashford Place soon! Myra in the check shirt in photo below is a fantastic lady. She is a fantastic befriender in her community, a fantastic co-ordinator for this group and great fun to be with. Keep up the good work Myra!
