This week we welcomed the Cove service which is available at Ashford Place, 7 days a week between 2 – 10pm. Cove is provided by Hestia on behalf of CNWL Urgent Care Service to offer a safe space for individuals to reduce their initial distress. This much needed service offers non-clinical support to individuals experiencing a crisis or mental distress, following assessment by the identified CNWL services. We had worked in partnership with Hestia for a number of years until our Mental Health Mentoring and Befriending contract changed hands in early 2021. Great to see them back with this out of hours.
