We are pleased to introduce Simone to the Dementia Hubs Team. Simone will bring valuable skills to the team as an additional Information Advice and Guidance Officer. She will be working closely with Clive and Sheila, our IAG officers, providing vital support at the point of diagnosis, ensuring people living with dementia and their families get the support they need to continue to live a full and active life. She will be a regular face at the dementia cafes in Brent and at Ashford Place. Welcome to the team Simone!
