Singing for wellbeing

This is a very popular group which helps participants gain confidence and improvement in wellbeing by joining in a singalong.  Each term we choose 8 songs to learn in 8 weeks. So far we have sang country songs, Irish songs, songs about the seasons and this term we are singing each participants personal favourite.  Our session this week features the Everley Brothers, Billy Joel, Blondie and much more.  We had some younger guests in the café and they introduced us to TuPac and we surprised ourselves by knowing the chorus. 

We sing at 1.30pm every Wednesday in the Side Door Café.
