Housing Assistance

Since the beginning of the pandemic in March 2020, there have been some changes to the way we are now operating our Housing Services.

Our Housing Service helps with housing related queries which can be made by telephoning Ashford Place on 020 8208 8590option 3 (Housing) and leaving your name, contact number and message so someone can get back to you.

Alternatively, you may email us directly at and provide a description of your situation, along with your name and number for us to contact you.

You can drop in to see us and if we can help you on the spot we will and if not we will offer a face to face appointment.

We can advise you on your personal situation in finding a home if you are homeless or at risk of homelessness. We can help you liaise with landlords and make applications to housing associations and local council.

You may require:

  • Identification e.g. passport, driving licence
  • Proof of address e.g. bank statements
  • Evidence of Benefits
