Since the beginning of the pandemic in March 2020, there have been some changes to the way we are now operating our Housing Services. Please continue reading to find out more information.
We are still continuing to provide the Housing Service but remotely, therefore we are unable to take any face to face appointments and assessments. However, housing related queries can be made by calling Ashford Place on 020 8208 8590, option 3 (Housing) and leaving your name, contact number and message so someone can get back to you. Alternatively, you may email us directly at email@example.com and provide a description of your situation, along with your name and number for us to contact you.
In some circumstances and where Covid restrictions and tier levels allow we will offer face to face appointments when it is essential.
Because of current Covid restrictions we no longer send out property viewings via Linus, however we can advise you on your personal situation in finding a home if you are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
