Peaceful bird-watching walk brings joy and relaxation to clients

10.07.2026

On Wednesday, we enjoyed a wonderful bird-watching walk at the Welsh Harp on a warm, sunny day. Equipped with binoculars and an I.D chart, we explored the beautiful nature reserve and were lucky enough to spot a wide variety of birds, including jays, red kites, herons and, to everyone's delight, a young osprey chick nestled high in the trees.

Spending time in nature is known to reduce stress, improve mood and support overall wellbeing. Our clients said they felt calmer, more relaxed and more connected to the natural world after the walk. It was also a wonderful opportunity to socialise, enjoy gentle exercise and appreciate the peaceful surroundings together.

We would like to say a huge thank you to the Canal & River Trust for delivering such an informative and enjoyable experience. Their knowledge and enthusiasm made the walk both educational and inspiring.

We look forward to more adventures in the surrounding nature right on our door step.
