As part of Mental Health Awareness Week we asked all attendees at groups “How are you?”

“The group are feeling good and happy. Enjoying the sunshine and feeling positive, motivated, joyful, and happy by doing activities at Ashford Place, singing, walking and Crafternoon. Feeling good for getting out of the house today as one member was feeling a bit low but very happy to have come out and joined in. We discussed ways to keep positive and continue having good mental health.”  Sometimes, it’s the little moments that make life magical.
