A free gentle exercise programme delivered by Donna, a coach trained in providing fitness routines to people who do not traditionally engage in exercise. We meet at 11am and 11.45am (2 x 30 minute sessions).
Participants can undertake the exercise seated or standing and engage in as much of the programme they feel comfortable with.
After each session Donna provides a workshop on healthy eating.
