A gentle exercise programme for over-60s, delivered by Nilrem on Wednesdays and by Philip on Fridays. Both are coaches trained in providing fitness routines for people who do not traditionally engage in exercise. Sessions start at 11am.
Participants can undertake the exercises seated or standing and are encouraged to engage in as much of the programme as they feel comfortable with.
