Introducing the Ashford Place Wellbeing Series! In this series, we’ll be introducing you to some of the great activities we do here at Ashford Place, exploring things like cooking, crafting, yoga and breathing exercises. We hope you'll join us! Though times are difficult, it's important we find our own little ways to take care of our mental and physical wellbeing. Go at your own pace and give yourself time to figure out what works for you - it could be something as simple as a short walk around the park.
