Qi Gong, also spelled Chi Kung [pronounce chee gong], means energy work and breathing skill. Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese art of integrating mindful meditation movements, focused attention, and breathing techniques. It involves using exercises to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being.
